Give Back a Play-Based Childhood With After-School Play Club at Acton!
To raise strong, healthy children, it’s not enough to just take away screens.

We need to restore a play-based childhood. Kids need more free play, independence, and responsibility in the real world. Give them adventure and fun with other kids.
A school day at Acton is already power-packed, leveraging every minute toward children becoming independent, empowered, and in touch with their unique gifts and how to use them in service to others.
Starting this fall, there will be icing on the cake. Acton Lakewood will offer After School Play Club. Instead of picking up your child at 3:00 pm, you can pick up anytime between 3:00 pm and 5:45 pm. While you finish your work day, your child won’t be waiting to be entertained. They’ll be investing in a play-based childhood: negotiating, experimenting, building, leading, following, making up adventures with other kids, and handling real responsibility. Win-win!
